Her lifelong passion has been in learning how the body works and what it needs to be functioning at its best.
She graduated in 1990 as a Myotherapist and has since trained in many other modalities including Bowen therapy, Neurostructural Integration Technique and Reiki and has spent 25 years as a bodyworker.
In that time Danuta also qualified and spent 8 years working as a personal fitness instructor.
In recent years Danuta’s passion has turned to food and she has the very strong belief that we can heal our bodies with what we put into them.
She has spent the last couple of years training to become an Integrative Nutrition Coach, Nutritional Therapist and Detox Specialist and is on a mission to get people to wake up to what they are putting in their bodies.
I feel very privileged and lucky to have spent all of my working life working with clients to help them feel better in some way.
I have spent over 25 years working on peoples bodies in one way or another!
As well as still working as a Bowen Therapist I love my job as a health coach and empowering people to make small gradual changes to their health, that eventually add up to be life changing.
I have personally been on the hormone roller-coaster and have been on a mission to feel good again for many years.
After being on the pill for 15 years, masking any symptoms that may have been there, I tried to start a family at 31. I traveled the infertility road for 10 years, went into peri menopause at 38 and menopause at 40.
I found there was little to no support out there and being so young, it was very isolating. I think I probably had signs from my early 30’s but was never tested or guided in any way.
Over the years, I tried just about everything to become a mum and when entering peri menopause I tried just about everything to get relief from my symptoms.
I am an absolute believer in doing whatever it takes to feel well and be happy. I find many of my clients accept feeling exhausted, unwell and stressed as a normal stage in their life and readily accept that there is nothing they can do about it.
I’m proud to say that I never gave up on either and have found a great balance now, feeling better than I have in 10 years.
I am also very privileged to be a mum to the most gorgeous little boy which we adopted from Thailand 4 years ago after a 4 year wait.
